IPSF Education - Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

1. Introduction

Students should ensure, through the available information, that the particular course they have chosen meets their requirements before applying for and enrolling in any course. Students must thoroughly review all course prerequisites; if you do not meet the mandatory requirements, you cannot attend the course.

The Training Provider reserves the right to cancel courses when the number of enrolled students is insufficient (fewer than 5 students for the course) or when resources are unavailable. The Training Provider also reserves the right to modify the course contents when deemed necessary to maintain educational standards or comply with updated regulations.

Prerequisites & Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of the student to ensure they meet all listed prerequisites before enrolling. By booking a course, you confirm you possess the required qualifications. The Training Provider reserves the right to request evidence of these qualifications at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any participant to the IPSF courses. This includes, but is not limited to:

If a student is found to be ineligible or access is refused due to a lack of good standing, the standard cancellation fees in Section 2 will apply.

Conduct and Professionalism

The Training Provider reserves the right to remove any student from a course (whether in-person, via Zoom/live video conference, or within the online learning portal) who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward instructors or fellow students. In the event of removal for misconduct, no refund or transfer will be issued.

2. Cancellation

Should a student wish to make a cancellation, the following fees apply (unless there are extenuating circumstances):

3. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By enrolling in an IPSF course and clicking "I Agree" (or by making a payment), the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This includes specifically the policies regarding prerequisites, non-refundable fees, and codes of conduct.
